Lets make this SIMPLE: You have car insurance for the protection of your car in case of an accident. Right? But if you DIDN'T have car insurance and you had an accident, can you call your agent and explain to him that you "deserve" to have your car fixed for free after an accident because you did not READ the policy or you did not understand how INSURANCE works?
Even more simple: So you cannot buy "car insurance" for a Honda Civic and have an accident or total your car and then DEMAND a custom made Rolls Royce because you do not agree with the insurance policy!!!
(this means, you cant lose baby chicks by accident or illness and then demand to get a full grown hen or, receive back more items than you paid for because you think it fair)
I'm sure you know what your insurance company will tell you if you ask for more insurance coverage than you bought, or if you have an accident you do not even have a policy!
If, however you "feel" that this policy is not fair or that you want MORE than you paid for this club plan is not the right product for you! If you are demanding, pushy or threatening or feel entitled to more than you paid for with your policy, well then you do not understand how insurance works.
Chicken Insurance is not "redeemed" because of how you "feel" you are being treated. Or, that you "deserve" more product or services than you paid for!
* EGGSAMPLE *
Customer "A" buys the club plan and has full and FREE chicken insurance replacement coverage, coop support, many "eggstra" services, and bonuses, PLUS emergency 911 service for ONE FULL YEAR AFTER PURCHASE
Customer "B" does N-O-T buy club plan and emergency 911 service. His chickens will NOT be insured for replacement. And there is no medical emergency 911 service available to him if needed for the care of his chicks/hens or coop health or no bonus services, or supplies.
